About Me
My Baking Journey
Baking has always been a passion of mine, from experimenting with cookie dough to exploring countless cookbooks. I turned that love into a career after training at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and interning with renowned cake artist Kate Sullivan. Now based in Omaha, I bring together Midwest warmth and NYC elegance to create stunning, custom cakes that are as delicious as they are artistic—each one crafted with joy, love, and personal dedication.
We could not be more thrilled with the wedding cake Kelsey created for our special day. She truly listened to our inspiration and delivered a cake that was both stunningly beautiful and absolutely delicious.
